Say, Woot, may I ask something? Do you have a mild liking of female underwear of the lower body?
I just happened to have noticed that two of your notable artworks (well, one was a series, and the other one was this one) feature a girl wearing little else than a pair of panties.
I found it odd in Milk and Cookies that Andrea would don a pair of panties after her shower, despite how snug the garment was, and especially since all she wore besides was a bathrobe.
And in this very piece of art, I find it odd that she would lay in her bed with nothing on but a pair of panties. While the side effects of her illness would mean no shirt or bra would fit her, she would still likely try to retain some modesty with some pajama bottoms. However, if her BE illness is giving her a fever, she would likely feel too hot to wear trousers of any kind. Likewise, "trousers" would include panties as a lower body garment, but she still retains her panties despite her fever.
...... Yeah, sorry. I have an interest in sociology, and I can't help but analyze the minds and decisions of characters and their creators. Was I close to the mark in my analysis, at least?
If I was close, you might want to look up an artist named Vic Fieger.

Quite sorry about that one. I received a message telling me my first comment was too long. As you can see, I then planned to post my comment in parts, but it seems that the error message was false.
Sure I like seeing girls in panties. I suppose their the default 'in lieu of nudity' garment I draw. You bring up a good point though, there are myriad other options out there: sweats, pajama bottoms, and more practical types of undies. The artist you mentioned draws quite a few of those wardrobe choices, but I found that he creates typefaces to be more interesting.
hmm. you need some work on panties, not so good with them, they just don't have that, 'fitting' aspect that kinda, forms a mould around the genital area like panties(at least in anime stlye) make. I also feel you don't draw them naked because you're not good at drawing female genitalia. None-the less, you should make some practice drawings, you know ones you don't actually upload. You should also draw in the stlye of "cold subi-chan in snow" as well as pencil drawings. It would really look a hell of alot better and arrousing if you did.
