Another commission, this time by rtpoe, who wrote a nice caption to accompany the image:
Subcommander Oshun was looking forward to a quick promotion in the Imperial Fleet of Peitho. She had easily annexed that planetary system into the Matriarchy. The native civilization on the third planet offered barely any resistance. Their pathetic technology was no match for the fleet, but since there was potential to use them as recruits and workers, she thought it best to go with a diplomatic approach rather than a military one. Funny, despite all her offers to share science and technology, it wasn't until she mentioned that she was a typical, if a bit small, example of the females of her race that all resistance ended...
This picture applies so much to the Sci-fi Lover in me that I'm thinking I should just e-mail this straight to Martin Degville for his approval. The skin, the pose, the spacesuit, the size and shape of the breasts, the simplistic yet detailed background, the entire retro feel to it... it's all perfect.
Xtreme hourglass!! if aliens were that hot...*drools* @ anon Single handed, like this pic: http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2010/047/c/1/Hyper_Rushuna_Grenadier_by_mangrowing.png...Oshun would way look cool that way
As far as aiming goes, surely the advanced technology of the Matriarchy of Peitho allows for a "heads up" display in the goggles that is directly linked to whatever weapon a warrior may be holding....
Thanks, w00t, for capturing my vision!
(by the way, "Oshun" and "Peitho" aren't names picked at random... look them up... ;) )
