@Somebody: Hey, we all dream about seeing girls like this IRL, even you, don't deny it, but we do understand that it's not possible. At least, not as things are now. Like Anon said, science and medicine are always advancing, one day this will be a reality.
Yes, but how many women will agree to live with such a pair? I am not being negative, but rather more realistic. There are other drawbacks to giant breasts than just back pain. And I am not talking pointless ones like finding clothes.
